These terms govern use of the Atlas website, candidate application workflow, business enquiry process, and restricted admin systems.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Neoveda Atlas, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the site, submit information through Atlas, or access the admin area.

These Terms apply to site visitors, candidates, prospective clients, and authorized admins.

Service Scope

Atlas is a hiring and talent operations platform operated by Neoveda Technologies. It is used to publish roles, collect candidate applications, receive business enquiries, support candidate validation workflows, and administer recruiting activity.

Atlas does not guarantee employment, interviews, placement, or hiring outcomes for any candidate or client.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current, and non-misleading information.
  • Submit only information, resumes, documents, and content that you have the right to provide.
  • Use the site only for legitimate business, hiring, recruitment, or job application purposes.
  • Do not interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse admin or API functionality.
  • Do not upload malicious code, unlawful content, or material that infringes the rights of others.

Candidate Submissions

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted application details, resume content, portfolio links, and supporting documents. Atlas may review, validate, or cross-check submitted information as part of its hiring workflows.

Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, contractor relationship, or guarantee of continued consideration.

Client and Business Enquiries

Business enquiry forms are intended for legitimate hiring, staffing, and talent-related discussions. Neoveda may respond, qualify, prioritize, or decline enquiries at its discretion.

Admin Access

The admin area is restricted to authorized personnel only. Admin credentials, Microsoft sign-in, security verification tools, and access policies are used to protect sensitive recruiting data and internal workflows.

Attempted unauthorized access, credential sharing, or security bypass may result in immediate blocking, suspension, or legal escalation where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

Atlas, including its design, branding, copy, software, and underlying workflows, is owned by or licensed to Neoveda Technologies. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the platform or its content.

Third-Party Services

Atlas integrates with third-party services including cloud hosting, authentication, document storage, email delivery, and security tooling. Availability of some features may depend on those providers. Neoveda is not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party platforms outside its reasonable control.

Disclaimers and Liability

Atlas is provided on an as-available and as-configured basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Neoveda disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Neoveda will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of Atlas, including missed opportunities, lost data, or interrupted recruiting operations, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes and Termination

Neoveda may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of Atlas at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this page with a revised effective date.

Privacy

Use of Atlas is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how personal data, security controls, and cookies are handled across the platform.
