Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Neoveda Technologies collects and uses personal information through Neoveda Atlas, including the marketing site, careers pages, enquiry forms, admin authentication, and related hiring workflows.

This policy applies to candidates, prospective clients, site visitors, and authorized admin users who interact with Atlas.

Information We Collect

  • Contact and business information submitted through enquiry forms, such as name, company, work email, preferred engagement model, and message content.
  • Job application information such as name, email, phone, current role, location, years of experience, professional links, notice period, availability, preferred engagement model, skills summary, and cover note.
  • Resume and supporting documents uploaded through the application flow. These files are stored through Cloudinary using protected delivery settings.
  • Operational and security data such as IP address, request metadata, admin authentication events, and session-related identifiers used to secure access to the admin area.
  • Microsoft Entra profile information required for admin sign-in, such as account email, display name, and provider identifiers.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to business enquiries and schedule strategy calls.
  • To review candidate applications, validate qualifications, and manage hiring workflows for open roles.
  • To send transactional emails, including acknowledgements and internal notifications, through Amazon SES.
  • To secure the platform, prevent abuse, enforce admin access controls, and protect against automated or malicious login attempts.
  • To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Atlas and its related services.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share data only where needed to operate Atlas, deliver hiring services, or comply with law.

  • Infrastructure and hosting providers, including AWS Amplify and related AWS services.
  • Cloudinary for protected resume and document storage.
  • Amazon SES for transactional email delivery.
  • Microsoft Entra ID for admin authentication when admins choose Microsoft sign-in.
  • Cloudflare for DNS, security, and Turnstile bot protection where enabled.
  • Clients and internal recruiting stakeholders when a candidate is being evaluated for a specific hiring process.
  • Regulators, courts, law enforcement, or professional advisers where disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights or security.

Cookies, Sessions, and Security Signals

Atlas uses limited cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep the platform secure and functional. The admin area uses authentication cookies and temporary security tokens to maintain signed-in sessions and protect login flows.

When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may be used on admin sign-in to distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse. Additional details are in the Cookie Policy.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, support hiring decisions, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet contractual obligations, and comply with applicable law.

Retention periods can vary depending on whether the data relates to a candidate application, a business enquiry, an admin account, or a security event.

Your Choices and Requests

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that you have submitted to us, subject to legal and operational requirements.
  • Candidates may contact us to update information connected to an application.
  • Clients and site visitors may contact us to request deletion or correction of enquiry data.
  • Admin users are responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials secure and for notifying us if they believe their account has been compromised.

Cross-Border Processing

Atlas uses cloud-based providers that may process information in multiple jurisdictions. By submitting information through Atlas, you understand that your data may be processed in countries other than the one where it was collected, subject to appropriate operational and security safeguards.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Atlas, our service providers, security practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
